We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia only. Checkout will not complete for addresses outside these countries.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day after payment. Transit is then about 5–8 business days to the US, Canada, and Australia with tracking. Times are estimates and can vary.
How do I track my order?

What carrier do you use?
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking updates come from the courier once the package is in transit.
Pricing & taxes
Are US prices duty-paid / tax-inclusive?
Yes. For US orders, posted prices include taxes and import fees — there are no extra charges at delivery.
Will I pay customs or import fees in Canada or Australia?
For Canada and Australia, local taxes or duties may apply according to local rules. They are not the same as US duty-paid pricing.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country you may see prices in AUD or CAD; shipping thresholds are based on USD.
Do prices include shipping?
No. Product prices do not include shipping. During this holiday free shipping season, Standard shipping is free on all orders to US, CA & AU.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Returns must be approved first, and items must be unused in original packaging with tags. Returns without original packaging receive 70% of the item price. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer. We don't provide return labels.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email photos and your order number to support@cozyspunhome.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement with expedited shipping.
What's the 100-Night Guarantee?
If your product tears or splits during normal use within 100 nights, we'll replace it free. It's replacement-only, not a refund.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days, email support@cozyspunhome.com and we'll send a replacement.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping, expedited processing and insurance fees are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 2–4 business days. There is no restocking fee.
Discounts & promotions
What is Mix & Match?
Mix & Match is an automatic discount: 20% off when you buy 2 eligible items, and 30% off when you buy 3 or more eligible items. It applies automatically at checkout to products in the Mix & Match eligible collection.
Which products are eligible for Mix & Match?
Most products are eligible. Cozy Pairs and Gift Sets are excluded. See the Mix & Match page for eligible items.
Does Mix & Match stack with the signup discount (SW code)?
Yes. Your unique signup code (SW-xxxx, 10% off) stacks with Mix & Match: Mix & Match is applied to the eligible items first, then your 10% code comes off the discounted order total. Both can also combine with shipping discounts.
What is the signup / SW discount code?
After you subscribe via the signup popup, you’ll receive a unique 10% off code in the SW-xxxx format — one code per subscriber. It appears in the popup and in your email. It stacks with Mix & Match and can combine with shipping discounts. The code is tied to the email you subscribed with, so use that same email at checkout.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
One discount code per order. Mix & Match is automatic and stacks with your SW signup code and with shipping discounts, but not with other product discounts.

How do I wash CozySpun Home products?
Care varies by product. Always follow the care label and the Care section on the product page. Many fleece throws are machine-wash friendly; the Bobble Cotton Baby Blanket care is: machine wash at 40°C / about 104°F, no bleach, tumble dry low, iron low if needed, do not dry clean.

What size are your throw blankets?
Many of our rectangular throws are about 51.2 × 63 inches (roughly lap / sofa size). Always confirm exact size on the product page, because some styles (round throws, bolsters, sets) differ.
What size is the baby blanket?
The Bobble Cotton Baby Blanket measures 29.9 × 40.2 in (76 × 102 cm) and weighs about 0.88 lb (400 g).
What size is the Cozy Lounge Set?
The Cozy Lounge Set is one size. Material is polyester fleece; weight is about 1.76 lb. For exact measurements, email support@cozyspunhome.com before you order.
What is a throw blanket?
A throw blanket is a smaller decorative blanket meant for draping on a sofa, chair, or bed — typically easier to wash and style than a full bed blanket. Many CozySpun Home throws are about 51.2 × 63 in.
Do shaped pillows include inserts?
Yes. All CozySpun pillows and bolsters include a soft insert — including the pillow options sold with our throw sets.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email support@cozyspunhome.com as soon as possible with your order number. After an order is accepted and processing starts, we may be unable to change or cancel it. Refunds after delivery follow our 30-day return & refund policy.

What are Cozy Pairs and Gift Sets?
Cozy Pairs and Gift Sets are bundles that combine coordinating pieces (for example a throw with a lounge set). These types are excluded from the automatic Mix & Match 20%/30% discount.
Can I buy Cozy Pairs or Gift Sets with Mix & Match?
Cozy Pairs and Gift Sets are not Mix & Match eligible. Other eligible items in your cart can still trigger Mix & Match among themselves.
Are gift sets discounted differently?
Gift Sets and Cozy Pairs have their own bundle pricing on the product page. They are excluded from Mix & Match automatic percentage discounts.

Examples in our catalog include polyester / half-pile fleece throws, 100% cotton for the Bobble baby blanket, chenille, acrylic, and other fibers named on individual products. We do not invent fiber percentages — check the product details.

Yes. We sell Lounge Set pieces such as the Cozy Lounge Set — a soft polyester fleece top and matching trousers in one size and several colors.
