Where we ship
CozySpun Home currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Australia only. We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time. If your address is outside these countries, checkout will not complete for that destination.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $100: flat-rate Standard shipping $8 USD
- Orders $100 and over: free Standard shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout in USD. Taxes (if any) are shown separately based on your destination.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays), after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery
- United States & Canada: about 8–12 business days after shipment
- Australia: about 8–12 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier, weather, customs (where applicable), and peak seasons. Tracking updates come from the courier once the package is in transit.

Returns & damaged packages
