Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. For the Christmas season, standard shipping is free on all orders to these countries (no $80 minimum). Orders are processed in 1 business day, then take about 5–8 business days in transit. For US orders, prices include taxes and import fees, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. Most product pages list sizes in inches (throws, pillows, lounge sets) so you can pick with confidence.

Not happy? Email support@cozyspunhome.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. We’ll reply with a return address and instructions — please wait for that before shipping anything back.
